Note for US Private Investors in Monitise
Monitise share trade in UK pence under the ticker MONI on the Alternative
Investment Market (AIM), the London Stock Exchange's market for smaller
growing companies. This market is what is referenced on this website.
Monitise also trades on the Over-The-Counter (OTC) market in the US, under
the ticker MONIF, in US dollars. This stock quotations is not sponsored by
Monitise, however it is worth noting that one share purchased through this
OTC market is exactly the same (at time of writing, January 2014) as a share

can be compared with MONI by simply dividing it by the current
dollar-sterling exchange rate.

at their website http://www.otcmarkets.com. At time of writing some larger
