1. Introduction

1.1. In this policy "Monitise" means Monitise plc, whose registered office is at Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AT.
1.2. Use of the Monitise web site is subject to the following terms and conditions and the Monitise Privacy Policy, which together shall be deemed to have been accepted by the use of the Monitise web site.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All rights are reserved in Monitise. Other product and company names and logos used on the Monitise web site may be the trademarks of their respective owners and all rights are acknowledged. Unless otherwise apparent, the use of such names and logos on the Monitise web site shall not be construed as an endorsement by Monitise.

4.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Monitise.
4.2. Monitise can accept no liability for any goods or services provided by third party suppliers that may be referred to and/or promoted in the Monitise web site. Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by Monitise are provided by third parties over whom Monitise has no control.

5.1. Monitise has not reviewed and has no control over any of the web sites or their content mentioned or accessible from the Monitise web site and Monitise accepts no liability in respect of such web sites and/or their content.

6. General

6.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions but the enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
6.2. Monitise reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the terms of the Monitise Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.
6.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute under these terms and conditions.

 

MONITISE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

1.1. In this policy "Monitise" means Monitise plc, whose registered office is at Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AT.
1.2. Monitise is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
1.3. By submitting your information to Monitise by email, use of the Monitise web site or otherwise, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. Monitise may from time to time modify the terms of this policy and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Information Collection and Use

2.1. Should you provide Monitise with your contact information (such as name, company, address, and email address) this information will only be used to contact you for the purpose for which you have expressed an interest such as, for example, the services, career opportunities, surveys and seminars of Monitise.
2.2. Where your contact information has been provided to Monitise for the purpose of recruitment or placement under contract, this information will be made available to third parties for this purpose. To ensure your contact information is kept up to date you are advised to review your contact information every six months and advise Monitise of any changes.
2.3. Where your contact information has been provided to Monitise for the purposes of a seminar, event or similar activity to be held by Monitise, your contact information may be passed to a third party event Management Company to enable Monitise to facilitate the seminar, event or similar activity.

3. Cookies

3.1. A cookie is a piece of data sent to a web site user's browser and stored on a user's hard drive tied to session information about the user. On the Monitise web site, cookies are used only as an aid to the user experience to enable a user's browser to remember pages on the Monitise web site that have already been accessed. No personally identifiable information is stored in the cookie and once a browser is closed, the cookie terminates.

4. Security

4.1. Whilst Monitise takes all reasonable precautions to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction and complies with the Data Protection Act, data transmission over the internet may not be adequately secured by the sender. As a result, Monitise cannot ensure the secure receipt of any information that is sent to Monitise by this medium and any such information is sent at your own risk.
4.2. Where your contact information has been disclosed to third parties for the purpose of recrutment or placement under contract, Monitise will not be held responsible for the use of your contact information by such third parties.

5. Updating and Deleting

5.1. If the contact information held by Monitise changes, or if you wish Monitise to delete certain contact information from Monitise's records, please let Monitise know by sending an email to the Monitise email contact address.

6. Other Web Sites

6.1. Monitise cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of third parties whose web sites may be referenced in the Monitise web site.
