Monitise Americas is led by a dynamic, committed and experienced executive team:

Frank D'Angelo
President, Monitise Americas

Frank joined Monitise after holding prominent executive positions at Metavante and FIS. A member of Metavante's senior executive management team, he was a key contributor in the spin-off of the business and its merger with FIS, now the largest financial services company in the world. While at FIS, Frank was Executive Vice President of Payment Solutions and he served as Chairman for the Monitise Americas business.

Previously, Frank spent nearly 20 years in senior positions at Diebold, a worldwide leading supplier of ATMs and security systems, and before that he served 10 years at Burroughs (now Unisys) and held roles with IBM.

Soren Bested
Vice President of Solutions and Product Management

Soren is responsible for creating the product strategy for Monitise Americans Inc. He has more than 15 years' international experience in various high technology industries in Asia and Europe and has prior served as Managing Director for Monitise Americas. Prior to joining Monitise Group, Soren was Head of the World Economic Forum's Technology Pioneers programme and during this period also launched the Global Growth Companies programme. Soren was previously a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of CordLife Pte Ltd, Asia's leading stem cell technology company. Soren holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Todd Clyde
Executive Vice President and GM, Americas

Todd Clyde is responsible for overall operations and the success of Monitise customer within the Americas. Todd has over 25 years of sales, operations and executive management experience in both technology and professional services-related industries. Before the acquisition by Monitise, Todd was SVP Worldwide sales for Clairmail and was responsible for the strategy and management of the company's sales, channels and account management functions. Prior to Clairmail, Todd was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances at Purisma, a leading provider of solutions-driven master data management (MDM) software. Previously, Todd was Vice President of Sales and a founding member of DigitalThink, an e-learning technology and services company. After an Initial Public Offering in 2000, Todd continued to build and lead various sales functions, including International Sales, Channels & Alliances, Product & Field Marketing, and Sales Consulting. Prior to that, Todd spent 13 years selling and managing professional IT consulting services, including ten years with Accenture.

Todd holds a B.A. in Management Science from U.C. San Diego.

Diego Devalle
Vice President of Engineering

Diego Devalle is responsible for leading the development and quality assurance of the Monitise Americas Lab. Diego brings over 18 years of experience in various management positions in the Enterprise and Internet software application industry. A strong technology leader, Diego has built successful global development teams, executed on critical strategic development products and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions. Diego has unique experience running distributed development teams across the world, in countries such as Germany, Holland, India and the United States. Prior to joining Monitise, Diego was VP of Engineering for SAP, where he led the company's transformation in building a new class of application leveraging SAP Hana in Memory computing.

Bob Murphy
Senior Vice President of Client Services and Support

Bob is responsible for client satisfaction and client-facing technology solutions and support. Bob has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and over 20 years within the financial payments industry, covering both international and U. S. payment systems. Bob has held general management and senior executive level positions at FIS (Metavante/Vicor), Verifone, CyberBills and PaymentNet. He has extensive experience in deploying and supporting a wide variety of payment systems to financial institutions on a global basis consisting of POS systems, bill presentment / bill payment, image based payments, remittance processing, security products, and internet commerce.

Bob has holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA with honors from St. Mary's College of California.

Lisa Stanton
Executive Vice President, Payments and GM, Visa Inc.

Lisa is responsible for Monitise's partnership with Visa Inc. She previously held the position of CEO of Monitise Americas, joining in early 2007 to help set up the joint venture with Metavante, which is now part of FIS. Prior to joining Monitise Americas, Lisa spent 16 years in various leadership roles with Citizens Financial Group , and has extensive knowledge of the US payments networks, affinity programs, and innovative payments advancements, including contactless transactions.

Helen Thompson
Vice President of Finance, Americas

Helen is responsible for the financial management of all Monitise operations in the Americas. Helen is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in the UK and joined Monitise Group in June 2008. Helen has looked after the financial operations for Monitise Europe for 4 years, particularly focusing on the company's key strategic contracts with RBS, Visa Inc., Visa Europe and FIS. Before joining Monitise, Helen worked in the television production industry and in accountancy practice dealing with a wide variety of clients in different industries.

Carl Tsukahara
Chief Marketing Officer

Carl Tsukahara is responsible for the company's marketing and business strategy. Throughout his career in Silicon Valley, Carl has combined strong technology domain expertise, tactical and executive roles in marketing, strategy and product operations with experience as a sales executive, sales manager and software developer. Carl has held multiple executive management roles, including the initial Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Vitria Technology, category creator for Enterprise Application Integration, Head of Marketing for Oracle's Database Operation, and Head of Field Marketing for Oracle's Americas Operation. Carl has also served as a marketing and strategy consultant for companies such as Microsoft, ServiceSource, Symantec, Taleo, VMware, and Workday.

Carl holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
