Alastair Lukies - CEO
Alastair has a proven track record of turning visions and concepts into real businesses. He founded Monitise in 2003. Three years later, Monitise was recognised as a ‘Technology Pioneer’ by the World Economic Forum and in June 2007 Alastair led the company’s demerger from Morse and listing on the LSE's AIM market.
He was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2011 Growing Business Awards and in January 2014 was appointed as a Business Ambassador for the financial services industry by the UK Government. Prior to conceiving, financing and successfully building Monitise, Alastair was a co-founder of epolitix.com, the portal for Westminster, Whitehall and the devolved institutions.
Lee Cameron - Chief Commercial Officer & Deputy CEO
Lee is Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Monitise. Lee joined Monitise in 2006 as General Counsel with responsibilities spanning legal, HR, business and corporate development.
Prior to joining Monitise, Lee was Legal Director at Morse plc, responsible for the legal, compliance and M & A functions. He has extensive international experience gained within the technology and financial services sectors at executive level.
Brad Petzer - Chief Financial Officer
Brad joined Monitise as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. He previously worked at TelecityGroup plc, a FTSE 250 company, where he was the Group’s Financial Controller. At Telecity Brad supported the business through its Main Market listing on LSE and was responsible for the Group’s reporting, planning, policies, risk and control.
Prior to Telecity Brad held senior finance roles at Create Services, an online credit card provider and part of Lloyds Banking Group, and other technology companies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mike Keyworth - Chief Information Officer
With more than 20 years' experience at some of the leading financial institutions in the UK, Mike has earned himself an impressive reputation as an exceptional IT executive. Mike has helped grow companies from the ground up as well as managing significant global change programmes.
He joined Monitise in early 2004 as the Delivery Director for our flagship UK launch, was invited to take up the post of Chief Information Officer in October 2005 and joined the main Board in 2012.
Lisa Stanton - President, Americas
Lisa is responsible for Monitise’s business in the Americas, including both the Group’s partnership with Visa Inc. and direct sales. Lisa joined Monitise in early 2007 to help set up the joint venture with Metavante, which is now part of FIS.
Prior to joining Monitise, Lisa spent 16 years in various leadership roles with Citizens Financial Group, and has extensive knowledge of the US payments networks, affinity programs, and innovative payments advancements, including contactless transactions.
Will Jones - President, EMEA
Will is responsible for Monitise’s business in EMEA. He previously held the position in Monitise of managing the Group’s relationship with RBS Group. He has over 20 years' experience in Financial Services roles including exec positions within Retail, Private and Wealth management. He was on the executive team that launched Egg, the UK’s first internet bank, and followed that up with Programme Director and COO roles at Egg Invest and Funds Direct respectively.
Following two years external consulting with M&S Money and Santander, Will was accountable for setting up and running an innovation function within RBS Retail, followed by a spell implementing the Bank’s Retail Transformation Programme.
Tom Spurgeon - Company Secretary
Tom is Company Secretary of Monitise and brings over 15 years of financial management experience, including audit, financial planning and controllership, gained over several industries.
A Cambridge graduate and Chartered Accountant, Tom trained with Price Waterhouse. Prior to joining Monitise, Tom spent five years as UK Finance Director of IT services and technology company Morse.
